Celebrating Our Impact: St Clere’s YFC Generates Over £1 Million in Social Value Each Year

At St Clere’s YFC, football is much more than a game, it’s a way to bring people together, build confidence, and strengthen our community. That’s why we’re proud to share the results from England Football’s new Social Value Estimator, a tool that measures the real difference grassroots clubs like ours make to the areas we serve.

The results speak for themselves: the value we generate for the Thurrock community each year has been estimated at an incredible £1,047,400.

This figure goes far beyond pounds and pence. It represents the friendships formed on our pitches, the sense of belonging our young players experience, and the opportunities we provide for everyone, from first-time footballers to experienced adults.

As an England Football Accredited Club, we’re committed to providing clear pathways from youth football right through to the adult game at every level. None of this would be possible without the passion and dedication of our volunteers, players, parents, and supporters. Their hard work ensures that St Clere’s YFC continues to be a place where people of all ages can grow, learn, and thrive.
